The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 S. LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL has a requirement to procure Mold Removal and Remediation services for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Maxwell-Gunter Annex, AL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XTRA6077A001. This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions (see Attachment 2) are those in effect in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) and Revolutionary Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (R-DFARS).

SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for AFLCMC, 201 E Moore Dr., Bldg 856, Maxwell-Gunter Annex, AL 36114 on Tuesday, 28 Apr 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Please be advised, although the site visit is at Maxwell-Gunter Annex, offerors should be at the Maxwell Blvd Gate, Visitor’s Center at Maxwell AFB, AL at 09:00 AM CDT to receive a visitor’s pass. Visitor passes are not issued at Maxwell-Gunter Annex. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their valid STAR driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees’ names will need to be submitted by Friday, 24 Apr 2026, at 03:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendees name (as reflected on their driver’s license), include title and a telephone number for each individual.
