Shipping costs must be included in the proposal. Proposals received with no shipping costs indicated or TBD may be disqualified from consideration.
Any questions regarding the request for bids for Category 2 must be submitted in writing no later than February 13, 2026 to Sam Rigby at srigby@bbbsd.net. Questions and answers will be posted to https://www.bbbsd.net/page/erate by February 17, 2026. Inquiries via telephone or text will not be responded to.
