Category 1 - Internet Access and Data Transmission Service
The Bristol Bay Borough School District is seeking contract bids for internet services with options for increasing bandwidth over the life of the contract. Bids MUST separate eligible and ineligible items.
The successful bidder shall be able to provide discounted billing and invoice USAC via SPI mode upon request.
Proposals should include terms for a one-year contract, with additional years of mutually agreed-upon, voluntary extensions of one year per extension request. Please include additional pricing if it is different depending on bandwidth tiers and any associated non-recurring costs (NRC).
The district requests bids of a minimum of 25 Mbps with a maximum of 1 Gbps. Service must be guaranteed with a start date of July 1, 2026. The district requests bids that include limited full speed data, including a minimum of 6 TB. Proposals should include the provider's SLA (or equivalent) and latency factors.
