DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 3,298,000 cubic yards (BASE), and 1,180,000 cy (OPTION) of unclassified material from the Charleston Lower Harbor which shall be deposited in the Charleston Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). The work is located in Charleston and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina. The work includes complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act. .
