FY26-DDOT-IPMA-Eastern Avenue NE from Whittier Street to New Hampshire Avenue¿¿

The project involves the comprehensive rehabilitation and reconstruction of Eastern Avenue NE between Whittier Street NW and New Hampshire Avenue NE, focusing on enhancing safety and accessibility for all users including pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists.
