District is seeking proposals for the following eligible networking equipment and services: line 1: prefer C9350-48HX or equivalent with 5yr licenses line 2: prefer PWR-C2-1600WAC-I/2 or equivalent line 3: prefer C9350-NM-8Y or equivalent line 4: STACK-T1A-50CM or equivalent line 5: prefer CAB-SPWR-35CM or equivalent line 6: CW9176I-CFG or equivalent with 5yr licenses and CON-L1NCD-CW9176IC (non-Erate eligible) line 7: prefer SFP-10G-SR-S+ or equivalent All questions must be submitted by email only to the main contact Dawn Belden (dbelden@bandrconsultingservices.org) and the technical contact Christopher Scheib (cscheib@egsd.net) listed on this form 470. No phone calls will be returned. No site visits will be conducted. Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN and current SPAC. Proof of valid SPIN and SPAC must be provided with the proposal. All proposals containing quotes with equivalent equipment make/models must also provide documentation of that equivalency with the proposal. Failure to provide documentation will result in disqualification. All responding vendors must meet certification requirements prohibiting the inclusion of any products or components from Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company designated by the FCC. We reserve the right to reject proposals from vendors who do not meet these criteria. Deadline for vendor proposals is 12:00 noon EST on 3/27/26.
