Category 1: District is seeking proposals for IA service as listed above. Please submit pricing for 500mbps, 1G, and 2g options. All questions must be submitted by email only to the main contact Dawn Belden (dbelden@bandrconsultingservices.org) and the technical contact Brian Puthoff (brian.puthoff@newbremenschools.org) listed on this form 470. No phone calls will be returned. No site visits will be conducted. Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN and current SPAC. Proof of valid SPIN and SPAC must be submitted with all proposals to be considered valid. All responding vendors must meet certification requirements prohibiting the inclusion of any products or components from Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company designated by the FCC. We reserve the right to reject proposals from vendors who do not meet these criteria. Deadline for vendor proposals is 12:00 noon EST on 2/10/26.
