This solicitation is for the provision of laboratory services to perform combustible dust testing on one (1) dust sample collected from the industrial shredder enclosure to determine its explosive properties.


The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide the combustible dust testing services in accordance with the requirements specified within this solicitation.


Please be advised that the full requirements, including Instructions to Offerors (FAR 52.212-1) and the basis for evaluation (FAR 52.212-2), are detailed in the solicitation attachments. A thorough review of all attached documents is required for a compliant submission.


Note: The requirement is for off-site services at the vendor's facility. No access to government installations is required. Delivery of the final comprehensive test report must be submitted electronically via email within 5 to 7 working days following receipt of the sample and purchase order.
