Y--FY26 Tree Cooler Upgrade for North Bend, Oregon

The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a firm fixed-price construction contract to upgrade the tree seedling cooler at the Coos Bay District Office in North Bend, Oregon, with the purpose of improving storage efficiency, reducing electricity consumption, and enhancing temperature control. The scope of work includes installing a new insulated dividing wall within an existing 36'W x 92'L x 14'H walk-in cooler, providing a center-opening bi-parting insulated sliding door with an 18' total opening, replacing existing lighting with sealed cold-rated LED fixtures, and replacing the current humidifier with a unit suitable for low-temperature environments.
