The district is seeking bids for their WAN. There are two circuits to serve the data centers sized between 10gb and 40gb. EPC does not provide an option for 40GB and therefore 50gb was selected. Proposals must include all costs including the cost of needed equipment at each location as well costs for integrating the solution with the Districts LAN (Local Area Network) infrastructure at each site. Failure to include cost of any components/services required to make the District WAN (Wide Area Network) operational and integrated with the districts LAN at each site will make the vendors proposal incomplete and subject to rejection. In addition, failure to provide any of the required information as listed within the RFP is subject to an incomplete response and rejection. The evaluation criteria documented in section IX. Proposal Evaluation should show Pricing in row one, followed by Managerial/Organizational Capacity and Technical/Program Plan in subsequent rows in accordance with program rules.
