The District of Columbia Board of Elections (BOE) would like to obtain the services of a contractor who will print and mail postcards to current and prospective voters in the District of Columbia for the purpose of voter education and outreach, and voter list maintenance.BOE is also in need of mailing services to support its efforts to educate voters about the 2026 General Election and related matters. To that end, the Board will mail postcards to certain classes of voters and households in advance of the election.The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the requirements as stated herein. The Contractor shall be required mail two (2) postcard mailers in October 2026 and perform all work in accordance with the requirements as stated in the SOW. Open CBE/SBE
