Full Description

Research shows that modest, well-targeted incentives save money and improve data quality by minimizing the amount of costly follow-up required and/or increases in sample sizes to obtain acceptable levels of response. Numerous studies indicate substantial reductions in “cost per case” for survey data collection when incentives are used. Digital delivery is fast, secure, and cost-effective—supporting responsible government operations and aligning with priorities to modernize data collection and improve efficiency. A recent study on digital incentives found that incentivized respondents were both more likely to start the survey and more likely to finish the survey.
