The Alabama Peace Officers’ Annuity & Benefit Fund intends to establish a multi-year Small Purchase Agreement for lawn care and grounds maintenance services. The supplier shall maintain consistency in pricing, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire agreement. No price increases or other modifications will be permitted during the life of the agreement. Any modifications will require a new Quick Quote solicitation.Services will generally be performed twice per month, on or around the 1st and 15th of each month, including during the winter months.Please refer to the attached Detailed Specification Sheet included with the solicitation for complete service requirements.
