The Government plans to negotiate a sole-source contract with Dr. Naiji Lu from the University of Rochester Medical Center to serve as a Biostatistics Consultant for the Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention and its affiliates, including the Canandaigua VA Medical Center and VISN 2. Under this contract, Dr. Lu will provide expert advisory services related to study design and statistical analysis of mental health data, with an emphasis on developing new statistical methodologies to address challenges in intervention development and understanding veterans' health service utilization.
