The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, ?Residential Reentry Center, dated August 2000, amended through July 2006.? This is a firm-fixed unit price requirements type contract. The services are estimated to be 89% male and 11% female. The estimated number of inmate days is 23,392 (males) and 2,924 (females) for the initial two-year base period; 11,680 (males) and 1,460 (females) for option year one; 11,680 (males) and 1,460 (females) for option year two; and 11,712 (males) and 1,464 (females) for option year three, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or after October 29, 2006, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
