Pre-Solicitation Notice RFP-200-1023-WR, Sacramento County, California The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential reentry center (RRC) services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in the Sacramento County, California. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, ?Residential Reentry Center - August 2007" locally modified by the Western Region September 2007. An indefinite delivery requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one-year options is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for the two year base period is 35,040. The estimated number of inmate days for Option Year 1 is 19,710; Option Year 2 is 20,862, and Option Year 3 is 21,535, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or about March 28, 2008, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
