The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, plans to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Myrover-Reese Fellowship Homes, Inc. for providing transitional inpatient housing services for homeless veterans near the Fayetteville VAMC and its associated VA Health Care Centers. This service encompasses a therapeutic and rehabilitative environment offering medical rehabilitation, lodging facilities including beds, restrooms, kitchens, meals, hygiene supplies, first aid, lockable storage, and related support aimed at addressing the needs of homeless veterans within specified geographic radii. The contract is intended to ensure uninterrupted patient care with services delivered within 50 miles of Fayetteville VAMC or 25 miles of designated outlying centers. Market research has concluded that only a single source can supply these services without causing undue cost or disruption, negating the release of solicitation documents and telephone inquiries. However, other businesses with the capability to provide the described services are invited to submit detailed written notices by June 26, 2026, including company information, contact details, SAM UEI number, capabilities, and past performance. Although responses will be reviewed, the government retains full discretion on whether to compete the acquisition.
