THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201 in order to conduct market research. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a guarantee to issue an RFP in the future. OVERVIEW: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, and Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (Lincoln VA Clinic) anticipate a requirement for contract with a firm who has the qualifications, experience and expertise in providing Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Services to members serviced by the Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (Lincoln VA Clinic). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain interest from contractors who would be capable of providing the required services. Firm shall provide all labor, supervision, housing, material, and supplies necessary to provide Healthcare for Homeless Veterans and Emergency Residential Services beds. The contractor s facility shall be no further than twenty (20) miles from the Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (Lincoln VA Clinic) located at 420 Victory Park Drive, Lincoln NE 68510. Google driving distance (the shortest distance as google may provide alternate routes) will be used when calculating the distance between the St Cloud MN VA Hospital and the contractor s facility. https://www.google.com/maps/.
