REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Chair Massage Services for Employee Whole Health Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Houston, Texas THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) OR PROPOSAL. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. Responses will assist the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential set aside or sole source decisions. The government is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to this notice. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized in the Federal Contract Opportunities website or General Services Administration (GSA). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this RFI. 1. Purpose The VA is conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced, and capable contractors able to provide on site chair massage services in support of the Employee Whole Health Program at the Michael E.
