Full Description
Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for gardening services at the American Embassy Tunis. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposal, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site that will be held on May 18th, 2026 at 10am (local time) at the US Embassy Tunis. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Achraaf Ladhari at ladharia@state.gov and Besma Mighri at
mighrib@state.gov by May 14th, 2026 at 4pm for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time. Be aware of the mailing time and any potential delays in the mailing system.
Proposals are due by June 8th, 2026, at 10am. No Proposals will be accepted after this time. They must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
