Full Description

Provide a map-centric Distribution Management software application which integrates data from multiple sources to provide CMD with a common operating picture which can be shared among the GRD operations centers and USF-I. This application will be able to track multiple device types to include: vehicle position tracking devices, devices with message capability from operations center to vehicle tracking devices, satellite transponders, and other device types as applicable. Provide specific management displays and reports as required. This will be an emerging requirement as the operations centers adjust their standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide specific interfaces to other critical data sources to include the project management database in order to provide map-centric data representation with drill-down capability. Provide a data feed architecture over contractor provided V-SAT and other non-DOD provided communications circuits. Maintain the gateway architecture necessary to support the flow of contactor provided vehicle tracking and satellite transponders. Provide data from CMD and other compliant tracking devices to USF-I to provide visibility of CMD contractor movement within their operational areas.
