Gelijkwaardig Kapitaal — actieonderzoek naar financiering van een regeneratieve economie die werkt voor alle betrokkenen

The Gelijkwaardig Kapitaal project, managed by Klimaatonderzoek Initiatief Nederland under the Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek, is an action research initiative focused on accelerating the transition to a regenerative economy. The project addresses existing structural and knowledge barriers that hinder impact investors from fully supporting this transition. By establishing a transition arena, the initiative brings together 10 entrepreneurs and 5 financiers to experiment with and validate new governance models and financing structures. The primary goal is to foster a more equitable relationship between capital providers and recipients, ensuring a sustainable balance between financial return and positive impact. Through a process of co-creation, participants will develop and share practical methods and tools applied to concrete cases. This collaborative approach aims to increase overall access to capital and strengthen the foundational infrastructure of the regenerative economy.
