This need affects the correctional institutions and complexes in the Quebec region. CSC may issue one or more Contract, as a result of this request for proposal.
Bidders may place a proposal for one or more institutions or complexes, depending on their ability to serve the region where the institutions or complexes are located.
Bidders bidding for more than one institution or complex must provide a sufficient number of resources to be able to meet all the requirements for all the institutions or complexes for which they are bidding.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide generator maintenance and repair services, which include but is not limited to : the supply of the labour, tools, and when requested by the CSC, materials, special equipment and disposal to perform generator maintenance and repair services.
Objectives: Perform inspection, maintenance repair and work on generators according to CSA 282-19 standards in force of the various institutions and complexes in the Quebec Region, which include Laval and Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complexes, and Joliette, Donnacona, Cowansville, Drummond, La Macaza and Port-Cartier Institutions.
Deliverables: The Contractor must provide, annual and quinquennial inspection and maintenance services for the generators of the various institution and complexes in the Quebec Region. The Contractor must provide a variety of other services including, but not limited to, load bank tests, analysis, repair and maintenance of auxiliary power units, etc. For more information, please refer to the Technical Requirements section of the Specifications.
