AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by March 21, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is for PWGSC at 3545 Leitrim Road, Ottawa, Ontario to provide maintenance services on Centrifugal Chiller equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work. There are security requirements for this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit. The site visit will begin at the building entrance on March 6, 2024 at 10 AM EST. The visit will be accompanied by a facility escort. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than February 28, 2024 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Electronics such as cellular phones are not allowed on site.
