Elevators regulatory maintenance and repair services This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), Quebec region. Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid This need affects the correctional institutions and complexes of the Quebec region. CSC may issue one or more Standing Offer, as a result of this request for standing Offer. Offerors may place an offer for one or more equipment groups/elevators and for one or more institutions or complexes, depending on their ability to serve the region where the institutions or complexes are located. Offerors bidding for more than one institution or complex must provide a sufficient number of resources to be able to meet all the requirements for all the institutions or complexes for which they are bidding. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This standing offer does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is looking for a Contractor to provide, as and when needed, the qualified labor, tools, equipment and, when requested by CSC, materials, disposal services and special equipment required to perform Elevating devices regulatory maintenance and repair services for his institutions and complexes of the Quebec Region. Objectives: Perform elevating devices regulatory maintenance and repair services Deliverables: The contractor must provide, as and when needed, service trucks, qualified labour, necessary tools and equipment, parts and materials required to perform the work and regulatory maintenance tasks, inspections, testing, corrective work, and repairs or replacement of parts on all components including controls, programming, and software updates for elevating devices. The contractor must create a maintenance program, compile information in the maintenance record, offer emergency service calls, and the certification of regulatory compliance. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment. Duration of Standing Offer and Time Frame for Delivery: Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period of, from the award to December 31, 2025, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
