All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 10 2023 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.NPP
Department of National Defence (DND) at Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston, Alberta requires the provision of repair, maintenance and inspection, including hydrostatic testing, by a qualified person in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers, 2018 Edition, CAN/ULC – S532 Standard for the Regulation of the Servicing of Portable Fire Extinguishers, Canadian Transport Commission (CTC) requirements, and the manufacturer’s instructions, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must comply with all Requirements identified in Annex Statement Of Work in order to consider the bid compliant. The period of the Standing Offer is from contract award to November 30, 2024 with up to three (3) – one (1) year option periods.
