Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc4271940126 dated 2023-10-23 with a closing of 2023-11-07 at 2:00 PM EDT A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada requires the services of a Red Seal Certified Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or Red Seal Certified Diesel Engine Mechanic to remove, rebuild, rebearing, reseal and reinstall the transmission on a Toromont Caterpillar loader. The contractor must provide for all equipment, parts, and labour necessary to complete the transmission rebuild to manufacturer specifications by February 28, 2024. The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods and services.
