AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 09, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Work under this contract shall comprise the supply of all labour, tools, equipment, material, transportation and supervision necessary to perform inspections, maintenance, repairs and installation of elevators systems as described in the Province of Alberta’s Skilled Trades And Apprenticeship Education Act, Alberta Regulation 161/2002 and Designated Trades’ Activities and Certification Requirements Order (BO 1/2022), for the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Edmonton in various buildings as listed in Appendix A – List of Elevators & Lifts. An optional site visit will be held on Wednesday October 4, 2023 from 10:00 AM – 12:00PM. Please refer to the revised RFP for further instructions.
