GEOTECHNICAL DRILLING AND SAMPLING, IN-SITU TESTING, AND GEOPHYSICAL INVESTIGATION AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS, REPUBLIC OF KOREA (ROK)

The United States Army Corps of Engineers Far East District is soliciting a firm-fixed price, single award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for geotechnical drilling, sampling, in-situ testing, and geophysical investigations at various military bases in the Republic of Korea. The contract has a total estimated capacity of 3 million dollars and a total duration of sixty months, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year options. The awarded contractor will be responsible for determining subsurface soil and rock material characteristics, groundwater conditions, and geotechnical engineering properties, adhering to ASTM and USACE standards. The procurement follows a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process, where award is granted to the responsible offeror with the lowest price that meets acceptable standards for technical and past performance factors. Technical requirements include the submission of a Contractor Quality Control plan, an Accident Prevention Plan, and an Environmental Protection Plan. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and, if located outside the United States, possess a NATO Commercial and Government Entity code. Proposals must be submitted as separate PDF volumes for technical, past performance, and price, with unit pricing for specific exhibit line items quoted in Korea Won.
