This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 12444326Q0030 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of one (1) motor grader front blade attachment for road maintenance operations on National Forest System roads. The front blade will be operated as attached to the front of a motor grader for the purpose of pushing debris, dirt, rocks and other obstacles as encountered during operation. The equipment shall be attached to the front of the existing motor grader with full hydraulic capabilities and mounting hardware.


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333120 The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
