Gilman Springs Road Bridge Replacement Project

While no formal contract clause numbers, pricing line items, or evaluation factors for award are specified, environmental mitigation measures serve as de facto contractual obligations under project-specific identifiers such as SM VIS-1, AMM-HAZ-6, and SM WQ-1. The project’s environmental documentation, including appendices on acronyms, emissions estimates, tribal correspondence, and technical studies, outlines the standards that guide construction practices, with compliance monitored by regional agencies such as the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
