The Ticaboo Utility Improvement District (TUID) is soliciting proposals for professional District Management services to oversee the operation, administration, and financial management of its rural utility systems in Garfield County, Utah. The scope of work includes the comprehensive management of electric, water, wastewater, and solid waste infrastructure, encompassing power generation, culinary water systems, wastewater lagoons, and fuel storage.
