The Missile Defense Agency issued solicitation MDA16DACNSN01 as a Request for Information for the Ground-based Midcourse Defense Development, Operations and Sustainment, and Production program. This initiative serves as comprehensive market research to assess industry capabilities regarding ground systems development, interceptor manufacturing, testing, fielding, and sustainment. The primary objective is to inform future procurement decisions and transition from the existing DSC contract to a multi-contract environment.
