This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 12445526Q0079 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for construction services for GMF(FL) Pasture Fence Replacement. Work for this project consists of but is not limited to construction services to remove old broken pasture fence and clear the fence line of brush. Replace with new barbed wire fence, corner posts and gates. The work will be on several pastures at the Finger Lakes Nation Forest. These pastures are actively grazed during the summer months, and these fences are required to be functional to continue grazing. Contractors are strongly encouraged to inspect the location before submitting a quote


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors.  The small business size standard is $16,500,000.00  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.
