As stated in the SOW: The Contractor shall be properly licensed and shall be responsible for making disposal arrangements, including disposal of all effluent, debris, and trash, and payment of all fees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
