The work includes preservation, restoration, repairs, and associated construction activities necessary to restore the structure in accordance with the Contract Documents, applicable historic preservation requirements and all governing codes and regulations. The renovation includes, but is not limited to, the stabilization of the existing structure; removal and replacement of deteriorated stucco finishes; repair and/or replacement of existing windows; installation of a perimeter French drain system; and associated site landscaping improvements. The existing standing-seam metal roof shall remain in place and shall be protected throughout construction. All Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents, applicable historic preservation requirements, and all governing codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
