Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposal (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) Design-Builder to provide design and construction services for the Goss Stadium Rightfield Bleachers (“Project”). The terms “Design-Build Contractor” and “Design-Build” team may be used interchangeably and are generally defined as the proposing firm with whom OSU may contract with to provide professional design, management and construction services to design and construct the Project. The intent is for this project to be completed as a Progressive Design-Build with the sample contract provided herein being utilized as the final Contract based on a Preliminary Services Sum proposal as part of Step 2. It is anticipated that short-listed firms following Step 1 will provide technical and pricing proposals as part of Step 2 with full Presentation/Interviews not expected at time of solicitation.
