Government Seeks to Lease 6,612 RSF in Pontiac, IL.

Expressions of Interest Sought Succeeding Lease -Livingston, Illinois The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Livingston, Illinois that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,612 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,200 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is a maximum of 10 years. The space must be available for occupancy on or before April 1, 2015. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The delineated area for the Pontiac County USDA Service Center, in Livingston, Illinois is within or fronting the following boundaries: -North: beginning at the intersection of Interstate 55 & E 1800N Rd, head East to the intersection of E 1800N & N 1900E Rd. -East: beginning at the intersection of E 1800N & N 1900E, head South to the intersection of N 1900E & E 1600N Rd. -South: beginning at the intersection of N 1900E & E 1600N, head West to the intersection of E 1600N & I-55. -West: beginning at the intersection of E 1600N & I-55, head North to the intersection of I-55 & E 1800N Rd. Other applicable requirements include: - 45 on site hard surface parking spaces - Specific Information Technology requirements The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
