Amendment 001 provides responses to vendor's questions. 


The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) produces the Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) family of cards for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The Trusted Traveler card contains an embedded chip with secure information which can be read without physical contact. The protective sleeve prevents the information on the chip from unauthorized access during shipping and end use, and in addition, protects the surface of the card from wear and damage during the life of the card. The U.S. Government Publishing Office, Government Secure and Intelligent Documents (GSID) business unit, intends to now procure finished TTP printed sleeves and Inserts.
