The Contractor will be responsible for all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals required to provide complete and operational installations. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on September 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM MT, commencing at Heritage Lodge, 10111 96 Street, Grande Prairie, Alberta. Bidders will then proceed with GSF to Pioneer Lodge and Wild Rose Manor.
