Grant Administration for the City of LaFayette

The City of LaFayette, Georgia, is soliciting proposals for a nonexclusive, task-order-based master professional services agreement to provide on-call grant management, administration, project management, compliance, and implementation support. The selected consultant will support the full grant lifecycle, including pre-award research and application development, as well as post-award administration, regulatory compliance, and project closeout. The scope of work covers various municipal priority areas such as infrastructure, public safety, economic development, transportation, and environmental resiliency, though engineering and construction management are specifically excluded. The agreement is intended for an initial term of three years, with the possibility of two optional one-year extensions. Compensation will be established on a per-task-order basis through fixed fees per application, hourly rate schedules, or grant-funded administrative services, with percentage-based compensation strictly prohibited. Proposals are due by October 26, 2026, and will be evaluated based on the qualifications of key personnel, methodology and implementation plan, project execution capability, and fee structure reasonableness. If federal funds are utilized, the contract will incorporate specific regulatory requirements, including 2 C.F.R.
