The Christian County Sheriff's Office is seeking qualified vendors to provide graphics for their fleet vehicles under Invitation to Bid #2024-12, with an emphasis on creating and applying vehicle graphics that meet specified design standards. The contract is intended to last for one year, starting around September 19, 2024, with options for renewal for up to two additional years. Bidders must be located within a 25-mile radius of the Sheriff's Office in Ozark, Missouri, and are required to submit their proposals electronically by September 4, 2024. The project involves designing graphics based on provided specifications, which will be approved by the Sheriff's Office prior to application, and the awarded vendor will be responsible for transporting vehicles to their location for wrapping, as the Sheriff's Office does not have a dedicated on-site treatment facility. The contract emphasizes timely completion, with a half-day turnaround for cars and a full day for SUVs and trucks, and stipulates that the vendor must have at least three years of experience in fleet vehicle graphics and wrapping. The bidding process involves submitting a firm fixed-price proposal covering multiple vehicle types and quantities over the contract period, with the County reserving the right to make multiple awards and to reject proposals that do not meet quality or reference standards. The County will evaluate bids based on the lowest and best value, considering factors beyond price, such as references and experience. All proposals must include a signed Declaration Page Form, proof of insurance, and adherence to terms outlined in the attachments, including contractual and insurance requirements. The County emphasizes transparency and legal compliance, requiring approval of the contract by the County Commission, certification of available funds, and adherence to procurement procedures. The process is managed through an online portal, with questions due by August 22, 2024, and ongoing updates issued via the portal to ensure bidders are informed of any clarifications or changes.
