Grass Cutting and Pitch Maintenance

Lancing Parish Council is seeking tenders for a five year contract covering grass cutting and pitch maintenance. The scope of work includes grass cutting at Lancing Beach Green and Lawns, Monks Recreation Ground, Croshaw Recreation Ground excluding the football pitch, and East Lancing Recreation Ground excluding environmental areas. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the maintenance of one adult pitch at East Lancing and five pitches at Monks Recreation Ground, consisting of two adult and three junior pitches. Interested parties must submit their tenders by October 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Submissions can be sent via email to tenders@lancingparishcouncil.gov.uk or delivered by post to Lancing Parish Council at 96-98 South Street, Lancing BN15 8AJ.
