It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one (1) or more qualified firms in a continuing services contract to provide gravity sewer, manhole, stormwater, and lift station wet well rehabilitation & lining services to the City. Proposers must have experience performing sanitary sewer line and stormwater line rehabilitation through the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) by external heat source curing within the existing sewer and stormwater mains. Rehabilitation of manholes and lift station wet well, through the use of a spray-on epoxy coating system is also included in this solicitation. Proposers must also have experience with lateral reconnections, lateral lining, repair sleeves, sewer line cleaning, bypass pumping, top hatting, point grouting, TV Inspection, dewatering, and erosion control. Projects assigned under this contract will range in size and include both capital projects and emergency repair work.
