Notice is hereby given that Wright Township will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 12:00 PM, prevailing time on August 9, 2024, for the swale repairs project at the Green Mountain Estates Development located adjacent to Route 309 and Mountain Road in Mountain Top, PA, at which time the bids received will be opened via PennBid. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight to repair/replace existing roadside swales and all other work shown or reasonably implied. All bidding documents will be available online at no cost via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) beginning at 11:00 AM on July 12, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned.
