Green Peak LLC LCA26-0000208

The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a commercial cannabis cultivation license for Green Peak LLC, located at 330 Sunset Rd, Hayfork, CA 96041, in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number 019-640-021-000. The project is authorized for the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet of mature canopy, with specific approval for approximately 6,480 square feet consisting of 180 individual 6x6 canopy areas. The applicant is pursuing both a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-768) and an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control. The approved infrastructure includes a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 2,500-gallon water storage tank, a 1,000-gallon nutrient mixing tank, a 10x20 drying area, and a permitted septic system for wastewater. Additional approved facilities include a 10x20 shade cloth area for immature canopy, a 10x12 harvest storage shed, a 10x10 waste and till area, an 8x8 agricultural chemical storage shed, and a 5x5 petroleum products storage shed. Power is supplied by a generator under 50hp. The project has been issued a Notice of Exemption from further environmental review under CEQA guidelines Section 15183, as it remains consistent with local zoning and community plans.
