Green River Communication Site License Agreement with City of Corona

The Riverside County Facilities Management is entering into a five-year License Agreement with the City of Corona to provide tower space at the Green River Communication Site. Located in Corona, California, at Assessor’s Parcel Number 101-040-004 on the west side of State Route 71, the site is operated by the County for the benefit of its Public Safety Enterprise Communications. This agreement allows the City of Corona to utilize existing tower space for its communication needs without interfering with current tenants, including PSEC, thereby enhancing public safety for the local community. The project is classified as a letting of property involving existing facilities and does not include any substantial expansion of the current infrastructure. Consequently, the project has been granted an exempt status under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Sections 15301 and 15061(b)(3), as no significant direct or indirect physical environmental impacts are anticipated. Administrative oversight for this agreement is managed by Mike Sullivan, the Facilities Operations Manager, under project number FM047166005000.
