This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), 1240LP23Q0001. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. (iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 325314 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. (v) A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). (vi) The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands, Bessey Nursery has a requirement for Greenhouse Growing Media for use in Tree Nursery Production of approximately 8,262 cu ft or three (3) truck loads.
