Greeting Cards & Gift Store

The Department of Defense Concessions Committee (DoDCC) is soliciting companies to garner interest in a potential retail opportunity for greeting cards & gifts store to be operated and managed in designated retail space within the Pentagon (Room 2C115). The potential available retail space is 1,156 sq. ft. and is located on the Concourse. The Pentagon houses a workforce of 28,000 and welcomes an average daily visitor count numbering in the thousands. To provide for the daily needs of both the workforce and visitors, the Pentagon contains a shopping area known as the Concourse. The Concourse houses retail stores ranging from a national drug store to a dentist office to a military memorabilia gift store and various restaurants.
