Full Description
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: The Utah Division of Purchasing is accepting bids for the Grizzly Gulch Maintenance Project. TheWORK consists of 8 mine closures and revegetation of disturbed areas at abandoned preciousmetal mines in Salt Lake County, Utah. Details of the WORK are contained in these Specifications.“OWNER” in these Specifications is defined as the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining.
Mandatory Site Visit: Vendor MUST attend the pre-bid meeting (site visit:) See Attachment 035906_Specs_Complete; Instructions to Bidders (3.) Pre-bid Meeting (Site Visit) for complete details (- Pre-bid meeting: Tuesday, August 18, at 9:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the Alta-Brighton trailhead at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/thjZ2MveHdPg8kJd8) (See document Prebid_Meeting_Location; in files)
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: The WORK under this CONTRACT shall be commenced upon notice to proceed and shall be completed within 5 calendar days after the date of email delivery, date of hand delivery, or date marked on registered mail receipt of said Notice to Proceed and no later than October 23, 2026 . WORK delays caused by weather may, at the discretion of the OWNER, extend the completion date. CONTRACTOR also agrees to the liquidated damages provisions of Article 12.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for through the completion of the project.
